When they finally came out the day before the two guys climbed on our roof without any safety equipment. An hour later one of them slipped but managed to avoid a fall by grabbing and breaking a gutter. We were lucky it wasn't a two story fall. He's lucky. This year we got an earlier start but called around and found cltelfs. A few emails and a short visit by the owner we sent the deposit over and a week later their crew arrived as promised.
