Went by today after Church and a first time visit and picked up not one but two. Nice store but sandwiched in-between a Hobby Lobby and Buffalo Wild Wings so easy to miss. Don't miss. They have a lot of things in a small space and at good prices. The metal flower that my wife wanted ended up costing $4.99 so she bought two.

My wife and I stopped to look at Mrs. Ruth's Christmas trees in Mooresville, today. And it was a…read morefantastic experience! We met the owners, Sean and his Mom, Julie. This property used to be part of a back yard and Sean used to rake the leaves from two, large pin oaks. Now the land has been made into the perfect place to look/buy a tree. The owners put 4" pipe into the ground at regular intervals. The fresh trees are put into individual pipe stands and the pipe for each tree is filled with water, nightly. Their trees are fresh and well trimmed so they look great. We were there about five minutes before we found a great tree. And very competitive prices. We drove about twenty miles to get to Mooresville but it was worth it.

Long story long to follow: We had 4 ceiling boxes that we wanted swapped out for fan-rated boxes. I found Gianni Electric on Yelp, requested a quote on the app over the weekend, they replied quickly with a few extra questions and took down my contact info. They got Alec out the next day for a quote, and he came back the following day for the install. We probably could have gotten the work done a bit cheaper if we went with some self-taught handyman off of thumbtack, and I could have done the work myself (though it would have taken me a lot longer and probably would have made a mess in the process); but plumbing and electrical are two things that are worth paying a professional who has a license and insurance for. The price was reasonable and pretty much spot on what we had guessed it would cost us before reaching out. The whole process was pretty painless, and we'll definitely use them again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends.
