I understand a lot of people have great experiences here, but we sure didn't and so I hope to help people understand the risk they are taking by trusting Portfolio with their time. We set up the initial consultation and received some ideas. Our experience soured quickly from there, though, as Samantha Tov became unresponsive. We repeatedly sent her houses and asked questions that were ignored. I have provided detailed screenshots, as well, so that you can see I am not bitter and I am not blowing it out of proportion. Twenty-four hours is a perfectly reasonable time to expect a response whenever you have an approval letter for $450k in hand from the lender. We aren't just window shopping over here. Who knows we may have lost a really good potential home because she is so unreliable. If your workload is too busy to address a client in a timely manner, then it is your duty as a Realtor to decline their business. The most frustrating part, though, is even after telling her we are going with another Realtor and then requesting to be removed from their computers she is still sending emails. These people will spam you hard. It's clearly an automated system that they can't be bothered to update. Lots of "going through the motions" and real estate agent and used car salesman BS talk going on here. No personal touch with this company. I would stay far away if you are anywhere close to being serious about buying a home. You don't want to find something you love and then lose it to another buyer because your agent can't be bothered to respond. Maybe she'll take a hint after this review and finally remove me from the email list. Edit: Still getting emails! Picture added for proof. These people are a joke, stay far away from them.
