We listed on a Thursday, had a very successful Open House weekend, and by Tuesday, had multiple cash offers. By Thursday (1 week!), we were in escrow and 11 days later, we closed the sale at a price that was $26k over the original price we had discussed with LuAnn. Our situation was 16 months long --- sorting, cleaning, going through a lifetime of parents' memories and possessions --- kept us busy for months.
