I needed a new company website. Desperately…read more Tim designed the site, utilizing the brand and positioning research we had given him. He was able to translate the simple words of our positioning documents into a site that embodied them. He also built it on a WordPress platform that made for simple, timely edits whenever we needed them. The finished site was vastly superior to anything our organization had. Nancy and Meghan are personable and approachable movers and shakers online and (if you will) IRL. Kurt shops at Rainbow in the Quarry and is never shy to say hi. Sharyn has amazing tattoos and an adorable son who helped create said artwork, and she's not afraid to share stories about both...or the comfy chair and fun toys in her office! Long story short, I can't attest to the quality of their work. I CAN, and will, however, attest to their quality of life and quality of people they have working under the roof of their service station. They are absolutely amazing. Through the years, Jessi has continued to design the website for my family's business and is just a champion communicator and kind person to work with. I now live in California and any time my Mom has a mild technical issue, Jessi is always her go-to. She's just the best. Jessi recently suggested we change the way my Mom sends out her monthly business newsletters. I write the newsletters but the process had gotten complicated for how they are sent out (A tech genius, my Mom is NOT). My last communication with her came after I sent her an email about having used a email service for the newsletter but I had a photo hosting question. She emailed me back in a timely fashion, just as I have grown to expect with her, and gave me a really easy option of hosting the photos on an ftp server on my Mom's business website. (And don't worry, if that last bit doesn't make sense to you, Jessi probably has super simple ideas of: Send it to me, I'll take care of it. Her solution was easy and perfect. Six years going on seven for our working relationship, and she's just a pro. She's moved, I've moved... it doesn't matter at all. She is the epitome of easy to work with. You will not regret working with Jessi! As for pricing, I remember it being reasonable at the time though I don't know what her rates are these days. I know she had package deals that could be scaled up or down, depending on needs.

The office is sweet, 20 foot ceilings with glass skylights. Sitting areas for any type of collaboration from traditional desks to high school sports auditorium. Lots of light and high speed internet everywhere. I was there for an event last night as part of the pre Super Bowl 52 events. It was well put on and open to anyone interested the the sports tech field. Great networking and conversations with Tech owners to university students. I have also used their software for my children's sporting teams and I have no complaints. I will be back again for more fun events and educational panels.

I even called the company's headquarters. The only way to speak to a "human" is if you select that you want to buy their services. All other automated options lead you through voicemail hell. The woman I spoke with pretended that she was going to do something about it by emailing some marketing arm of their company. I asked to be CC:ed in her email with a request that I be called back (gave her my number). She said that they can't be contacted via phone...?!?!?!? A marketing department that doesn't communicate via phone?!?!?! Must be a very very shady company. Yes...saw it got bought out by NBC Sports... still waaaay to slimy for my taste. Run away from this company...they'll take your money and run...leaving you with a full e-mailbox and a bad taste in your mouth.
