They were excellent in all ways, but one: Instead of shrinking some of the images to the size I requested and then print them, they printed them and then cut some of them down to size. This took a lot of the image of each piece of art away. This cost me $100.00 for something I can not use. Note: I absolutely abhor giving bad reviews. I wish they had called me to okay the cutting before they did it, but they didn't. I would rate how they treated me with five stars along with their effort for good communication. I would rate the end result with a single star. but I gave them two instead. I'm sorry to post this negative review. I'm glad to know that there are many five star reviews.

I did indeed approve the card, which I should not have - I was looking at my own info, incorrectly assuming that a company which professes to be a leader in design and marketing would make a postcard with a professional look and up-to-date information. Sadly, I was incorrect. You can be sure I won't be making that mistake again with your company" I wish I could upload a picture of the postcard. Everything received had smudged, which they blamed on the post office, and the postcard itself has outdate information (by THREE YEARS!) and two or three different fonts. I wish I had looked more closely, although their website is almost impossible to navigate. Never again. Save your energy and your money and take your business elsewhere.

Helped us get in and out in probably less than 5-10 minutes which was shocking considering I was printing a big presentation document, several other pages of a different document, needed to laminate something, and bought a few items while in the store. He even remembered when I almost left my USB drive in their computers! :) Was fully expecting it to be a huge pain so was very pleasantly surprised.

One of the top trending topics in West Linn the past year was the closure of our local post office…read morein the Central Village area. While to many it may seem an outmoded form of communication, boy do you miss this service when it is gone. Suddenly a quick trip while on a grocery run became more of an ordeal trekking to Oregon City. Not only the distance, but that is a very busy location in the best of times. Last month, the post office opened at this new location on the hill in the Cascade Summit shopping center. It is enormous compared to its predecessor and painted in bright orange and blue hues and everything is spacious. In the old post office, you could barely fit three customers inside (pre-COVID). One thing to get used to is the drive-up/drop-off mailbox which is in the parking lot, not connected to the building. While they offer all of the standard and expected services, it does not appear that they are passport processing center yet. While they have standard business hours in the lobby, there appears to be 24 hour access to mailboxes. Although there was a lot of drama associated with the closure of the old location and selection of this new location, I am very happy to have a post office up and running in town.
