I don't usually write reviews, but I was looking for a place to get some T-Shirts made for my…read moresoftball team and there were no reviews online so I wanted to write one for a place that delivered great service. I chose Four Seasons due to their website which advertised $12 per shirt if you order 15 (which was perfect for my team). I drove to their location and the owners quickly came to talk to me and helped me figure out what I would need. I brought them a picture of the design that I wanted and they said that they could scan it in and make the shirts look great. By the way, $12 gets you a shirt with one color print and a number on the back! Within a few days they sent me and email with a proof of the image that they would use. There was a minor change that I wanted and they took the request and resent me a proof within one day. The shirts look great and feel great. They even launder well. The one reason that I am giving them four stars instead of five is because they told me that my shirts would be ready on a Tuesday and by the end of the day Tuesday I hadn't heard anything from them. So, I emailed them and they got back to me Wednesday letting me know that they would probably be ready on Thursday (which they were). Luckily, I did not need them until the weekend, but they did not deliver by the day they promised. They informed me that there was a mix-up with the ordered shirts and they needed to replace them. I'm glad they gave me what I ordered and fixed the mix-up, but I just wished they had communicated the error with me before I had to contact them. I would definitely use these guys again and hope to call them if I need to order some more shirts for my team next season. I'm not sure if they will let me just order a few extra shirts for $12 or they'll make me order in bulk, but after interacting with Rick, I know he tries to make the customer happy. I'll update if I use them again. Follow up: After two seasons and washing between every game, there was no bleeding of the design or the number.

During that time I've been personally taken care of by the Owner and Creative Director Jim Allison. He is one of the easiest people I've ever worked with in any industry - ever. His prices are fair and I'm sure he routinely puts in more hours than estimated just to avoid raising the price. He really wants to get it done right and on time. He even plays nice with other designers and creative professionals! I can't tell you how much that means in an era when doing those basic things well is so rare for businesses. He knows his stuff and has designed some amazing things for me and the companies I've worked for. I've bought just about everything a guy can from Thot Communications: Brand and Logo Development; Business Cards; Stationary Designs; Brochures (sometimes, very fancy and complicated ones); catalogs; websites (yes, websites); Online art elements; clothing designs; food packaging; shipping boxes; mailing campaigns; art directing photo and video shoots; movie presentations; email campaign designs; did I miss anything? I like to try to leave some critique on my reviews so that they can be objective and useful, but I can't think of anything that would warrant it. I'm happy with my 5-star rating above! Basically, if you're looking to work with a designer who can just about do anything and doesn't have an ego, then this is the one.

Troy is awesome to talk to but fails to follow through with what he says and for me failed to…read morefinish the car how I originally requested it to be done. The process for a simple stripe job to be done on my Charger took over a year for him to actually complete, he failed to take the stripes all the way down the bumper like I originally requested and made clear it was important to me to have. He also tried to order after market stripes, that I told him I didn't want, proceeded to put them half way on my car and had to remove them once he figured out they were incorrect. During that time he had my car for almost 2 weeks and had zero progress, and tried to charge me for the stripes he order against my wishes. Once he made time for me months later and after wanting multiple weeks for him to get the material in he finally got it in his shop. But ended up keeping it there twice as long as he told me he was going to need it. Although that was more understandable due to the stripes needing to be hand cut at this point. After getting the car back I was really happy with the results although disappointed he didn't get it all the way down the front bumper. It's been a few months at this point and I attempted to set up a time for him to take a look at the stripes just to make sure everything it still sticking well. I got ahold of him and he said he would call me on Tuesday as soon as he got back to the office. Tuesday came and went, so I texted the following Monday and he responded that I no -call no-showed the prior week. I immediately responded and haven't heard from him since as well as sending him pictures of the part of spoiler that are starting to peel (I'll add pictures if possible), as well as the hood. My overall experience it that I enjoyed talking to him, but completely unhappy with his fallow through and professionalism. I think Troy over schedules what he and his team can actually accomplish in the timeframe he sets, as well as taking care of his clients as they come in.

In the end he referred my project to a different company. He could have "middle manned" the job and taken a fee, but he referred me directly. Great honest business, and highly recommended.
