Was asking the employee (Joseph) for help, and they were very rude and unhelpful. Eventually, I was met with another employee that offered to help me. Looking at other reviews, this is DEFINITELY to be expected at this location. Worth the drive to the Woodstock location for sure. Only thing worth mentioning is the parking lot in the back.

She said that another document was required, but could not tell me why or what it was. She said "I'm not a lawyer" when I asked her what document was needed. I took the document to a different notary at another location where it was notarized immediately and without question. I asked if she could please recycle my receipt, and she said she'd just put it the trash. I asked if they recycle, she said yes, but "it's way over there", pointing to about 8 feet away. They were excellent in all ways, but one: Instead of shrinking some of the images to the size I requested and then print them, they printed them and then cut some of them down to size. This took a lot of the image of each piece of art away. This cost me $100.00 for something I can not use. Note: I absolutely abhor giving bad reviews. I wish they had called me to okay the cutting before they did it, but they didn't. I would rate how they treated me with five stars along with their effort for good communication. We spent $300 on banners and posters and then were told that the coupon was only good for "self printed" materials and they couldn't offer a discount to non-profits. Worse, the quality of the prints was poor and they screwed up the rasterization process leaving artifacts in our prints! The manager refused to correct the mistakes or give us credit towards a reprint. We highly recommend finding a real print shop to get your prints done and avoiding the inexperienced and unprofessional "services" of FedexOffice.
