They then cancelled at the last minute on the day of her trip after she'd taken the day off work, driven to Lulworth Cove and paid for a day's parking. They offered no apology. She phoned again today to ask if she could add a 3rd member to her party and go kayaking today - the guy said 'sure' and took her card details again to take another £50 - he then "remembered" that they were full today. He refused to refund the money he'd already taken and when I spoke to him he started shouting at me and hung up the phone. Had they offered an apology and a refund, we'd most likely have considered making another booking with them, instead I'll be contacting my credit card company and trading standards.
