Nice buttery, flaky crust and succulent meat. Well seasoned. We didn't decided to try some of the Argentinian chorizo that came with a simple salad of lettuce and tomato dressed with some olive oil. The sausage was probably the worst part of the meal, but that's like saying a Mercedes is the worst car among a bunch of Ferrari and Lamborghinis lol. The star of the night was the prime ribeye, that came the table with Serrano peppers and grilled onions. Beautiful great flavor, high-quality beef! We also decided on a side of soufflé potatoes. Now this isn't like a soufflé as much as it was like french fries that were puffy and like little pillows. They were good if not, perhaps a bit under seasoned.
