Honestly an amazing hotel. It felt like a modernized hotel and had no complaints about the room…read moresize or layout. Complete withe balcony, bathroom, mini fridge, kitchenette, closet, safe, ac unit, sofa, small dining table, and tvm. Experience was top notch, didn't have complaints aside from the loud music that went on til roughly 5 to 7am each of the nights/mornings. We stayed from a Wed-Sat and it was poppin every night (til the early morning). Luckily, I am a heavy sleeper and was barely affected by this. Given our location, the loud noise and music was understandable (Zona Rosa, within the hot spot for clubs, lounges, bars). Aside from this, no problems.
Great service, loved the amenities (balcony and ac unit plus safe in the room), the included breakfast at the adjacent restaurant was amazing, and the attentiveness and attention to detail was not missed. The staff was courteous and top notch. When we checked in and out, they made sure to ask if we would like a sip of water or a light snack. And we were always greeted upon arrival or exit.
Bonus, police station was close to the hotel, so we felt extra safe.
I also liked the compact style of the gym, which had the basic equipment I prefer for a quick workout: kettlebells, dumbbells, some machines, rower machine, elliptical, and treadmills. And it also had a couple of ac units inside, along with a water cooler. I didn't check out the women's locker room, but noted that they have a steam room.
I didn't notice a pool and missed out on a chance to go to the top floor to sun bathe, maybe for next time.
The location was ideal and I will definitely be back in the future for any return visits to Mexico City since it was located in a great spot.
