FABULOUS!!! We had my baby sisters baby shower at the hotel Valencia on Santana row. I talked to Mason on the phone around 2 months before the event, told him my ideas and he brought the vision to life. He sent me a rendition of the balloons which I approved. They are so fast, sometimes I was like they're warp fast because before I can take a breathe they already sent replies and we're ready to send more details. They would always call me on time and email me on time. One thing when working with them please know your dates and get it set from the start cuz these guys are busy as You Know What!! They just came on this platform cuz they want to spread the love of balloons to everyone. They are something else. Long story short I don't wanna bore you lovely people but please know that these are some of the greatest people. They're very kind and loyal and willing to go the extra mile. I contacted Mason about 6 days before our last minute girls' birthday party and he was SO accommodating and flexible with our tight schedule. We sent over some ideas/pictures of what we were thinking and what he and the team put together was so much better than we could have imagined. Talk about GLAMOROUS! I was so pleased with everything from this company. From the perfect communication to the execution of the beautiful balloon decor on the day of the party. I'm not gonna lie, it is pretty pricey but is it worth it? 100%. This is definitely a splurge, but I chose to splurge on this type of decor. The balloons were a hit and gave a perfect opportunity for my guests to take pictures with it that will last a lifetime. I heard their services for my special event and it took it to the next level and I'm going to use them forever but the sides that I just wanted to give a quick review because I feel they deserve it and I know it's just a review but what more can I say they are just wonderful so if you're looking to get balloons services but on another level go ahead and give them a car because this is not just a normal balloon type of thing.
