The prices were on the higher end and well above what I typically pay for retail items. But overall, it was an enjoyable shopping experience. All the store displays were neat and visually appealing. The products they sold were trendy and high quality--tons of designer brands. The employees were friendly and helped when needed. The only complaint was the price point, but other than that, and it was a nice store to shop at.

The railing we…read moreordered for almost $200 (as an accessory to an $900 crib we bought 2 years prior) May 25th to be shipped to our house were delivered to the store on June 18th. No call, no delivery. We were told they called an left a voicemail, which they did not. My husband owns his own company, he answers every call, whether on a ladder, etc. They get answered because it's how he makes his living. We were in the store for 2 hours when we ordered them and they still managed to screw it up. Even if they called, which they didn't, I would think it would be responsible for them call again given it is now July 18th and the railings were still sitting in their store. We had to drive from Charleston to Columbia to figure out what was going on. Thankfully family live here so it wasn't a completely wasted trip, but the purpose was to get our railings. All the manager would say was that they left a voicemail (they didn't) and that he was sorry for the trouble. Mind you, IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SHIPPED. I called to ask them what they could for our trouble, given the amount of money we spend there and their inability to process the order correctly. After an hour of dealing with another manager all they offered us was 15% = about $25 and continued to argue that they called ( which they didn't) and that it wasn't a wasted trip because we are seeing family. A call shouldn't have been necessary anyways since IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SHIPPED ‍ She was unhelpful and rude and took up an hour of our time by refuted full responsibility. Continued to say "if she knew we were coming" again not acknowledging that IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE SHIPPED. I declined her $25 and said I would take it up with corporate. After calling corporate on hold for almost 30 minutes with no human interaction at all, I hung up. This store is entirely too expensive to have this level of customer service. I will be calling them again to ensure we get our refund, but dealing with this company for almost 3 hours now is unacceptable. We will not be back.

We were immediately greeted by keyha with a welcoming smile ! I seen a outfit By the front of the store which I loved and you didn't have our grandchild size and keyha offered to order it for us ! Later on during our visit I let a associate know that the water in the restroom wouldn't turn off and he immediately addressed the issue ! Every associate we encountered offered to help us ! When I inquired if this was typical the attendant said "yes, if we have met our quota for the day". I drove 30 minutes here so I'm not pleased this is not advertised.

Management at this location is horrible. They make up their own rules and when you question it,…read morethey state it's on the website. It's not. I took a whole bin of new nerf guns that my son never played with and Hot Wheel Garages. They refused to take it because it didn't have a car or bullet with it. I've bought nerf guns and such an NO ACCESSORY has ever been attached to it. They decide on bin limits when the website doesn't state it. Rude staff. They also don't take new stuff because it's "worn or not in season" but then have clothes with stains, holes, and very worn hanging down the aisles. BUT their website does say they take every season all year. Interesting There is one employee that is always soooo sweet. She used to work at the Olive Garden. She is very pleasant. Actually the only nice employee there. It just sucks when you spend a lot of money at a place and they just treat people rudely. I wouldn't waste my time returning to this location. I'll make the drive to two notch.

Visited this thrift store for their big annual discount sale. The back half of the store (old…read morewarehouse) reeks of cigarette smoke. It was impossible to determine if the smell was coming from something inside the large room (i.e., furniture, rugs, items, etc.) or if that was just the way it always smelled. They keep the children's toys and items in this part of the store, among many other things. I've had severe asthma my whole life, so even just being in that room was enough to make me start coughing. They have so much of their own decor that it can be confusing when trying to figure out what is actually for sale and what belongs to the store. Additionally, the store does not individually price a large amount of items (which are clearly for sale!) which is very frustrating (some areas have signs w/prices, others do not). Items that have been priced, vary greatly. For example, a very cheap purse might be listed at $20+ while a name brand purse is listed at $8. They have a section of designer/name brand items that is also marked up significantly. It would make sense if their prices were a fraction of what the item cost brand-new, but they're out here charging $35+ for very used leggings! And they weren't even Lululemon! The cashier was disengaged and barely acknowledged shoppers, despite the long line. It takes .10 seconds to make eye contact and greet a person. There are so many better, more reasonably priced stores in the area, so this is a no for me.
