Soooo cool! My husband and I were SOOOO impressed by our experience with Smart with Art…read more I got a Living Social deal to use for my daughter's 6th birthday. As the party date got closer, we were slightly worried because it really could have gone either way. There was only one other review here on Yelp and that seemed different because it was at BAM, and this was going to be a party at the house. We did not know what to expect, and honestly I did not expect a lot. Kara and Eric were AMAZING! The kids were absolutely engaged and all of them loved the guided painting and drawing. They were fun, prepared, and professional. Kara had a great connection with the kids, and Eric was really attentive supporting her. My daughter chose a giraffe theme, and most of the kids went home with a recognizable giraffe in their own personal styles. They came with tables, individual easels, aprons, and all sorts of art supplies. Each child got to take their art pieces home in a bag with pretty tissue as the "goody bag" (which saved me tons of time and $! No cheap plastic doo-dads!) Be prepared though, because sometimes the guided painting ends sooner than anticipated (I can imagine every party is different based on the kids). Kara and Eric were able to do a second guided drawing with fun sparkly pens but there was a lull in the middle as they cleaned up the paint supplies and prepared for the drawing. There was about a ten minute time where kids need to be entertained, so maybe a small game for that time period could help the art teachers and keep the kids active and not just waiting for the next activity. I would in a heart beat do Smart with Art again. Thanks so much, guys!!!

On time/super organized/super fun! 12 kids painted mermaids and you could have heard a pin drop they were so quiet and involved! I heard from all the parents that the girls had the best time! I would recommend this place-5 Stars for sure!

I have been SO eager to write a review for this daycare for many, many months…read more TL;DR - you will not find more caring, communicative, and supportive school for your child. I wish I could convey how impactful our experience at Goddard Snoqualmie was to our family, but I do not believe words can adequately describe the admiration, gratitude, and true love that we have for this facility and the people who work there. We were at Goddard for one year and had the *best* experience. Mr. Julio and Ms. Maria are truly exceptional daycare owners (I say this with confidence, having toured many daycares in our new location and settling on one that is nowhere near as warm and inviting as Goddard Snoqualmie). They truly helped me become a better parent, better communicator, and just better person. They know everyone by name and are very hands-on with both the management and the children themselves. It is evident they care a great deal about their school and the families in it. The front office staff Ms. Kady and Ms. Talli are actual DREAMS. They are so friendly and so caring... to the point that if you are home sick with your child and you don't show up, they will call to make sure you are okay! We haven't been to Goddard in almost 4 months and my son still talks about his teachers there - even one he only knew for 1 month! That is the amount of impact that this daycare has on small children. Of course the smart, caring and compassionate staff are the most important factors in daycare, but outside of that - the facility is BEAUTIFUL. I mean really, really top-notch. It is bright, clean, with state-of-the art technology. I am confident that there was no detail left unturned. It was climate-controlled, the playground was state-of-the-art, and there was a TON of space for exploring. Curriculum was great. They use an app to update parents throughout the day and communicate. My son truly thrived here - they have a really excellent curriculum supplemented with things like music on Tuesdays and summer programming. Art is made every day, and they also do a lot of singing and story time. Had we not moved prohibitively far away, we would have continued to go to Goddard Snoqualmie for many, many years. I cannot recommend more highly.

The door is ALWAYS locked, and you have to enter a code AND scan your hand to pick your kid up - this is just to get in the building! Do you have concerns about your kid's education? This place does an awesome job of teaching kids as they are having fun - today my daughter built a rocket ship, played with 'alien' play doh, did a lot of puzzles and read books about the moon. And she had a blast! She didn't want to leave. Concerned that you don't know what goes on behind the doors of the school while you are gone? Throughout the day you will often get pictures of your kid as they are going through the different activities, and after you pick your child up, they send you a complete summary of everything your child did during the day - down to how much yogurt they ate, and how many times they went to the bathroom (or how many diapers, etc.). You will NEVER have to worry about your kids when you drop them off here. They have fun, enclosed playgrounds - the place is always incredibly clean, and the owners are some of the nicest, most genuine people I have ever met.

Horses' waters and troughs were often filthy, or the water just about nonexistant. During the winter the horses' water froze. The farm hand broke the ice a few times, but eventually there was no water in the troughs. When informed of the no water situation the owner said that it was the farm hand's job to check and fill the waters. They showed no concern. The paddocks are not picked so the manure builds and builds. The feed is tossed onto the filthy paddocks. There is no fly control in the summer. Because the manure is nor removed from the paddocks there a swarms of flies. Some of the horses are allergic to the fly bites, and their bellies become inflammed to the point of bleeding. And, you guessed it, the owner dles nothing to ease the inflammation. The owner is so disagreeable that all his instructors quit. If something goes wrong or a boarded horse owner points out a lack of care he blames anyone but himself. Here is an example. A boarded horse shelter cover blew away. The facility owner did not replace it. The boarded horse owner eventually bought a tarp to cover the shelter so that the horse had sun and rain protection. This owner also picked their horses paddock and took care of their horses water, as, of course, the facility owner didn't. When the owner asked for the paddock weeds to be cut (the boarded even offered to cut them if they could use the mower) so that they could pick the manure up the facility owner made the boarder feel guilty. Amazing, as the facility owner wasn't even giving the basic care the boarder was paying for. Consequently, the horse owner left. He has caused students to quit because of his mean comments. In my opinion the only thing the owner cares about is the money he makes from kid camps and lessons. It is evident he doesn't give a toss about the animals. The only reason I stayed as long as I did was that I fell in love with one of the horses. I looked after her as best as I could.

She is now educated enough to be a camp counselor! We LOVE this place! I cannot say enough or emphasize enough to people when they as that learning horsemanship is a million times more than RIDING a horse. Learning how to communicate with your horse, care for it, work as one, have it trust you, before you even get on is key. The horses are very well cared for, have plenty of room to roam and have horse friends. Jim makes sure that any horses used for lessons or camps have the right temperament and he matches riders to the right horses. He also makes sure that my daughter is not only pushing herself in learning new things, but making sure she remembers all the basics and doesn't just pass those over even though she is an experienced "rider". He is also the most patient person! Jim has also been helping us find the right potential horse to own for my daughter. Again, very careful at looking at temperament and training, but what will fit my daughters personality as well. As the place name states - HORSEMANSHIP is the key. Not horse RIDING. We will support this establishment forever!
