I see some negative reviews about the receptionist and personally I think she is great. She may not answer the phone but she will respond to your emails within an hour. You do have to keep in mind that she is one person with the doctor so I'm not sure how much time she actually has to even answer a call. If you do have a hard time reaching out I would recommend emailing them as they will get back to you extremely fast.

The front room has a Pilates machine and the back room is where the classes are held. I have taken 3 classes there. The classes I have taken have had no more than 5 people in them.
