Update. It's Friday and I messaged the office at 11am asking to please send out my prescription…read moretoday. They replied quickly saying they will. It's 6:51pm and it didn't happen. Theyre closed. No medication. I don't know why the office staff is still onboard. Totally incompetent. Getting your prescription never goes smoothly. Mistakes made by staff every. single. time. Here are some of the issues I've had just in the past couple months. Required monthly visits with $200 co-pay for an 8-min video call that they're always 20-minutes late for. Last week, the had an "internal system error" resulting in a $400 charge. Although I've been on the same prescription for 15-years, they "required" another test - another $400, just to show them what they already knew. This is not a place for "care" - it's extremely transactional. You'll realize this when you book your first appointment and get hunted down with multiple reminders to pay or you won't be seen AND charged an additional fee

The office is not equipped to handle quality care in the slightest. Their main concern and focus is…read morevery obviously billing and not what is best for the patient. I usually do not review offices and I've had a few psychiatrists that haven't been amazing but this office is not just incompetent they are downright neglectful. Every month there's an issue with my prescriptions being filled so I am constantly missing at least a few days of one or two of my regular medications due to the office not communicating with the provider or pharmacy. They require an appointment to refill prescriptions but always schedule my appointments six weeks apart and only give me a four weeks supply. They've outsourced their scheduling to a call center so getting a hold of anyone quickly is incredibly difficult. My mental health has gotten worse being in the care of this office. They frequently call two hours before a scheduled appointment and if I miss the call-- since it's not my appointment time, they threaten a $75 no show fee, but they also sometimes call up to two hours late. On multiple occasions I've had to remind my provider the medications THEY'VE prescribed me and inform them they can't add an additional medication of the same type (I.e trying to prescribe an SSRI, SNRI, and an MAOI all at the same time) or that the medication doesn't come in the dosage they're trying to prescribe. They will say that seeing a provider for refills is required for proper care, then force you to see a provider you have never met for a med you've been taking since you were nine. Providers only half listen because even an "extended" appointment is only 30 minutes. I could continue but hopefully you get the picture. I really tried to give them a chance but please for your own sanity (literally) run, don't walk away from this place.
