The driver was not there, we had to wait 45 min outside for his arrival, 47 min if you want to be technical about it. 7:30 we are outside, and 8:17 he arrives, eventually. I told the *owner* I wanted something more special than UBER, so I was contacting him to get a personal pick up, WRONG DECISION The car was a YARIS, and it had a HUGE wet stain in it and it was filthy. I was skeeved the whole drive. We should have called an uber. It was the WORST experience ever, I would NOT recommend this service, they took the cash and I am sure they did not even report it to the govt. *shrug* Buyer beware, do not use this service. The owner, Jim, bends over backwards to help his clients (residents and/or visitors alike) to rent a handicap van when needed. He works with his clients to make it easy for them to obtain the rental van which makes their life easier. I have also heard, and witnessed, how he helps organizations in finding the right van for purchase at a fraction of the cost of a brand new one - making it affordable to help the disabled (most financially strapped).
