Each time I've attended the Moribund shows (which are kid friendly) I've been impressed with the messages woven within the show. Mr. Moribund gently gives the audience messages of positivity and kindness throughout the evening starting with the Moribunch code. There are personal stories, entertaining skits and performances of a spectrum of amazingly great talent. The Christmas Scareol consisted of all performances but most Moribund shows will include a B grade horror movie from the 60's. All of this is accomplished with contributions from of course the entire Moribund family, the audience and the performers. They have donated - time, art, stories, promotion material, and even raffle prizes (so all of the raffle money goes to charity.) Second Street theater provides the venue and even matches the donations. Everyone comes together to as a community to provide a positive experience and entertainment. Very rare these days. We were so lucky because the other group of 14 that was scheduled to see the show with us had to cancel so we had our own private magic show. First and foremost, from the road you can't tell what an amazing theater they have. Do NOT judge a book by it's cover. This place is the absolute coolest. Brian engaged all of us to participate including having some of us up on stage to assist. He was hilarious and every trick was fantastic! It was an amazing experience that was the highlight of our vacation. Forget Funland, forget the Boardwalk, Dickens Parlour Theater is THE place for family fun. Dickens - We will see you in 2018!

Our server asked if we were seeing the show (which started at 7), and we confirmed that we were. We placed our order and the food finally came out at 6:45. No time for a leisurely dinner. While everything tasted pretty good, the food wasn't hot. The manager comped our drinks because we had to rush through our meal, which we appreciated. Friends we were with said that was the second time they've had slow service there. Maybe they need more help in the kitchen, I'm not sure.

It was our first visit here and I came to support my friend, who was one of the actors! The theater is located right off the Mall in Cape May. There is a small parking lot, but there is also plenty of street parking nearby. The seats in the theater were very comfortable and the workers were all friendly and helpful. They have water for sale at the beginning and at intermission. Support local theater and check out this gem in Cape May!

The great acoustics provided a fantastic show. Echoes of a Prophet was quite a surprise and truly echoed the great Rev Martin Luther King, Jr. The jazz bands were great with a lot of talented students. I thought the seats could have been slightly more spacious but that is to be expected in an auditorium. I enjoyed my visit to the Schwartz Center which is a wonderfully decorated facility with a lot of charm and look forward to another great show when I am in Delaware.

My daughter has been attending drama theater camps offered by Rehoboth Summer Children's Theatre…read morefor many years since she was 5-1/2, she is now 8. She loved the first year and has been excited to go back every year since. During the camp week, the children learn the plays and put on a performance at the end of the week. The younger children go for a half day and the older children go for a full day during the 5 day week. The older and younger kids work together and separately throughout the day. All of the older children have been great role models for the younger kids and have taught my daughter how to help provide motivation to the younger campers. Steve and Karen lead the children through drama exercises during the week, help them learn a play that they will perform on the final day and make props for the performance. All the staff are very patient and kind to the children. Also, during the week, the kids get to see a performance put on by the Rehoboth Summer Children's Theatre group. These are full performances acted out by two individuals. The plays change from year to year and are fun to watch. This year my daughter will try the Film and TV Camp for the first time. It will be an exciting challenge to try something new. I'm sure this camp will be organized and as rewarding as the drama camps. We will be returning for more camps this summer and hopefully for more summers to come!

Not only did he grow creatively, he learned to listen to his peers and as time went on to help younger campers develop. Now, our granddaughter, who is seven, is going into her third summer with RSCT. She loves performing and loves her summer camp!
