Ordered my children's biggest stocking stuffer item on December 08, 2025 and they debited my account immediately. I noticed by December 18 it still hadn't shipped. I emailed the company for an update and received NO response. I found that you can't contact them directly on social media and you can't call them. I tried to comment on X platform to contact me back about my order. NO response. No item. I emailed them again when the item didn't show for Christmas or even be marked as shipped. No response still. This place is an adorable little shop for the horror fan in your life. It's located in Old Town Orlando and has some really groovy stuff. From goth-inspired clothing to classic horror film chotchkes, holiday ornaments, iron-on patches, spooky backpacks, studded jewelry, cosplay items, cute dresses, and replica props, Post Mortem Bootique has all of the cool stuff from Spencer's that you actually want to browse and buy. Hubby is a horror movie fan so he found so much stuff he liked here. We bought a "Halloween" t-shirt and a neat Krampus tiki mug. The prices are higher than if you ordered similar items off Amazon, but we wanted to help a local business out. The dude working that day was totally chill and obviously a fellow horror fan. He was even playing an old VHS and watching it in the store. This is a great shop if you're looking for a unique gift or just want to browse the well-organized shelves. Was excited to stumble upon this store in Old Town tonight. Found a really amazing button up shirt by RSVLTS that was on sale (still nearly $50). I was unsure of what size I needed, so I tried it on over my T-shirt just to see. Very quickly the guy working the counter scolded me for trying it on over my shirt. I was very confused, as there was no other way of determining the size needed, and it's a common practice to be able to do that in any retail location. Needless to say I dropped the shirt immediately and walked out. I'll never spend a dime here after that experience. Steer clear! read more

However, upon proceeding with an order via Applepay the cost doubled due to £30 of postage costs...making it apparent the store is in the US. I then received an email undeliverable response...so tried again and got another undeliverable response. I've tried to call the company, their line has a voice message saying only contact them via email. I found a different email on their website...tried that without response. From checking other reviews online it appears this is a recurrent issue...nobody can contact this company and they don't respond to any requests. I received an email from Tyler Kozar that everyone was out at convention. I gave one more response telling them to enjoy the convention, but please get back to me asap. I am one of the biggest horror fans ever in general I just love watching movies and horror genre is one of the best. So when my family went on vacation to Kissimmee Florida Old Town Attraction was across from our hotel, so we went to check it out. Old Town is a pretty cool attraction its filled with lots of restaurants and so many shops that you can spend your hard earned money at and one of those stores is post Mortem Boutique. My whole family went into Post Mortem to check it out and when we got inside the establishment there are lots and lots of fantastical wonders to be seen. They had merchandise from all your favorite horror franchises like Chucky, Hellraiser, Halloween, Stranger Things, and many more. One of the coolest things they had was a pumpkin mask which was from Halloween III: Season of the Witch which is the only Halloween movie not to feature Michael Myers as the antagonist, but he is in the movies you can see the Original Halloween movie playing on a TV in on of the scenes of the movie. They also had Halloween themed Lounge Fly Mini Backpacks which my wife is obsessed with she has like four of them right now and is always looking to add to her ever growing collection. I didn't get the owner's name but I believe it was one of the ladies we saw working in the store and they both were very lovely and had great frightening top notch customer service. So if you ever visit Old Town in Kissimmee Florida and are looking to get your horror fix you need to step into the darkness that is Post Mortem Boutique you'll have a Spooktacular Funtime. read more

you cannot contact this business at all by calling, emailing, instagram or facebook. orders are not shipped on time and in order to dispute with affirm (payment plan app) you have to pay the order in full and then dispute. The only way to get a hold of this business is to go inside, if they are even open still. i called many of the businesses surrounding the reported address, half of them said no it wasn't open, the other half thought they were open. read more

They agreed to send out a return label and send me the correct sweatshirt. It has been over two weeks now and no one has responded to my calls or emails.
