Only rich people could shop there 2. Splash the mermaid learned how to speak English there in less than a day So, it wasn't until a co-worker of mine told me she got a beautiful Karl Lagerfeld dress for less than $50 at a super sale they were having that I finally decided to step foot in this place. Turns out she was right. I ended up getting a very beautiful dress myself for around the same price. Since then, I've gone quite a number of times. Heck, I took my mom there the last time she was in town, and she had the same attitude I use to have at first. She kept telling me: "No mi'ja, that place is too expensive! Why would you go there?" Until we hit that sales rack and I got her a very elegant, and beautiful shirt for a fraction of the original price. Now, in order to find these gems, you HAVE to be willing to spend time looking around, but I promise it'll be worth it, but I mean, if you want to pay an exorbitant amount, you can find that quite easily too. On a side note, they have a coffee/juicebar on the first floor in case all that shopping works up a thirst.

Luckily, I happened to shop there during their 40% off friends and family sale this second time and only had to sell one kidney to afford the dress I bought. A few thoughts: - The staff is friendly and very attentive. The sections are broken up by designer, but everyone is open to helping get a fitting room started or searching for a random dress you saw online. I even had to ask someone to zip my up into a dress and they were totally cool about it. - I love the fitting rooms on the second floor. They've been painted by local artists to give some kind of affirmative quotes. - They I've a one year return policy as long as you keep one big, bulky tag on the garment. One year seems a bit overkill, but is after shop for you.

I would say that they are moderately/high priced here at Dillard's. Though I would also say it depends on what you're looking at. To me, a good pair of jeans for $100 isn't asking too much. If you're in love with them. Now for their customer service, I think that is one area they are lacking in. No one really seems to want to go out of their way to help a customer. At least this has been my experience. So if this was resolved, I think that they would be five stars in my book!

It's nicer than Macy's and Big Lots combined! This Florida Mall location is one of the better ones. I love the size of the men's department as they have a nice selection. Great shoe choices and plenty of shirts, pants, and other things to cover our man-parts. And luggage, they probably had some of the nicer brands of any store I've been to. I may end up here once my trusty carry-on craps the bed. This is a normal Dillards Department store and not like the Clearance Center store at Fashion Square. If you like Macy's, give Dillards a try and you might be surprised. Not "crap your pants and have a heart attack" surprised, but better than you may remembers.

Decided to visit the marshals by mall of millennia and wow was today a good day. They had a lot of…read moretheir products out on the shelves and everything was organized and clean in the store. Sometimes the store can tend to be a bit messy so this is not normally the marshals I stop at. Today I picked up some eyeshadow brushes, some make up sponges, as well as a dual sided silicone body brush for the shower. I already have a dry brush and I really needed some type of brush that wasn't like a loofah to use in the shower. I absolutely love Marshall as their value is amazing for any of their items. They have a great close and great house where items to however my main focus today was in the beauty section. The value of all my items are also very good at the bamboo brushes honestly last a lifetime along with the silicone body brushes. The lady that helped me was really nice and super quick and checking me out with my order. 10/10

They run amazing sales during the holidays, especially for their pants, which are normally 2999. I ordered a pair online for about $16 per pair. I also got a lilac sweater online and I had to bring it in because they left the ink tag on the sweater. The sweater I got was eight dollars and 99 originally it was a $30 sweater last but not least. I also really like their selection of Sephora products on the Sephora is a little bit smaller and the cove superstore, however, they still have really good deals and really good prices. FALSE ADVERTISING and POOR SERVICE continue to be an issue at the JCPenney in Davenport, FL…read more As a personal shopper working with multiple clients at a time, it's extremely frustrating to spend time selecting styles, colors, and sizes, only to find at checkout that the posted pricing is incorrect. This has happened repeatedly, which is why I've reduced how often I shop here. Just yesterday, I saw a sign advertising $9.99 and "buy one, get one." Because of past issues, I took a photo of the sign before going to the register. As expected, the shirts did not ring up as advertised. When I showed the photo, I was told the sign did not mean buy one, get one free, but rather buy one and get something from another department. However, when I asked what item was included from another department, I was told there was nothing. and that the "white sign" did not say buy one get one (see photo included). What's most concerning is that instead of taking responsibility for incorrect signage, the explanation shifted to blaming customers -- suggesting that shoppers sometimes change the signs, which I found hard to believe given the way the sign was positioned and displayed. It would require insider knowledge to flip it the way it was shown to me. That response feels dismissive and avoids accountability for what appears to be ongoing internal issues. Consistently incorrect signage, combined with defensive or dismissive responses when customers raise legitimate concerns, feels disrespectful of shoppers' time and patronage to the store. Sadly, I'm not the only one that encounters these problems as you can see from other reviewers. Clear pricing and professional customer service should be standard expectations.
