I have been in many many…read moretimes over the years with my ups packages (quite a few Amazon returns in addition to personal shipping) and every time no matter how busy or how slow it is, everyone is so patient, friendly and so helpful! Today I had Eric and he took the time to help me figure out how to email an Amazon return label to the store so it could be printed. He was patient, understanding and so nice. In this day and age some businesses treat you like a like your just a transaction, it's refreshing to be greeted with a smile and assisted in any way needed. Kudos to your staff!

If you like mask Nazis, this is the place for you. I recently went into the store where I was told…read more(smugly) that "yep," they demand masks. I was then treated with disdain while my business was handled. My wife immediately commented on it as we left. Bad customer service is bad enough. Requiring fully vaccinated people to wear masks while displaying a sign that reads "Local Order: Masks Required" is worse. I verified with the City of Green Bay AND Brown County Health Department that no such order exists. Apparently the "local" store owner and/or manager is a mask fanatic, and wants you to think the government is making them make you wear one, instead of owning up to their position. Avoid like the plague (pun intended).

I went to drop off a package to be shipped at the Rib Mountain, WI location and there was a sign on…read morethe door that there is a "nation wide outage affecting services" and the door was locked, even though there were people walking around inside. This was at 5:15 on a Thursday. When I got home and checked the corporate information there is no outage. I tried to call the store to verify what's going on and no one would answer at 6:20 the same night. Inconvenient for people trying to drop off packages, and even if there is an outrage why would you lock the the doors so people can't come in to get their stuff out of the mail boxes?

A typical FRONT entrance with a COVERED porch. Mosinee FedEx drivers evidently do NOT know what the FRONT DOOR looks like. (Although, they did recently deliver my package to my NEIGHBOR'S front door.) Below are photos of apparently what Mosinee FedEx Drivers prefer to deliver my packages to my back door. No address. No doorbell. No protection from the weather. An area reached by walking from the Street BEHIND our residence, a distance including tall grass, a pond to walk around, and more grass. How do they even know it is the correct address? I am so frustrated. I called the provided phone number but their Automated Service said it cannot connect me to a live person. "Goodbye".

The staff member who we worked with was friendly and knowledgeable, answered our questions and was very helpful. I highly recommend this business!

OK I can get over them charging $1 to ship a package that already had the label, and they just…read moreneeded to put it with the pick-up items. But I cannot get over that they would not give me a confirmation receipt for the item I was shipping. She just said take a picture of the label. Well, I was renting an expensive camera lens and now I have no proof that I actually sent the item back. Now I am second guessing if I should have gone to the CVS drop off and if I could have gotten a receipt.
