The fountain weighs 500 pounds when its empty. He said he could handle it but he couldnt budge it. Later we found they put it together wrong and even the second time out didnt catch the mistake. My husband had to help him and it still ran dry. My husband figured out a solution .. we hooked a small hose up and a floater system ... when the floater goes down it refills. Love my fountain but would not be satisfied with unplugging it unless outside.

We like that the Siebenthaler Company has both a Beavercreek and Centerville location. We initiated our quest for 5 new arbor vitae seven weeks ago with a proposed sale of 5 new arbor vitae. Of course, that was a false promise. Clearly seems that the Left hand does not know what the Right hand is doing. Planting dates were delay, delay, and delay. Finally Will and team appeared only to experience more delay as Jeff loaded and delivered arbor vitae. Patience is a virtue and especially in working with Siebenthaler. All in all, a Great job, and new arbor vitae are beautiful. I have a water supply already set to water for the summer months. As long as one has patience, I recommend Siebenthaler.
