The noodles were chewy and complemented well with the savoury flavours of bulgogi. The vegetables added a nice crunch to every bite. The mushrooms added a chewy and fun texture to the dish. Boneless Yangnyum Galbi was so tender. Its marinade was on the sweet side which we weren't really a fan of but we still enjoyed the dish. Pork Belly was also tender. It was thinly sliced which was quite a let down since we typically prefer pork belly sliced a bit thicker. The BBQ we ordered came with two bowls of rice and lettuce (non-refillable), ssamjang and sesame oil with black pepper and salt for dipping, and some side dishes that were refillable: kimchi, bean sprouts, cucumbers and sweet potato. The overall quality of the ingredients, especially the meats, were great. It was pretty telling how much the cooks enjoyed prepping and cooking the dishes. This place is on the pricier side which is reasonable for the quality of their food. The portions are also reasonable for their price-points. I'd come back on a special occasion and/or when I'm craving japchae. The servers we had were attentive, checking in every so often to clear our dishes and change our grills.

We then had to wait another ten to fifteen minutes to receive only my meal, which was the hamburger with melted cheese. Since the lamb came about fifteen minutes after the hamburger, the kitchen provided us with a complimentary salad, which we found generous. Both the lamb and hamburger meals were well-prepared and tasty however once again, not enough dipping sauce was provided for fries, and the salad on the plate with the lamb was covered with the sauce used for the lamb. Service was great throughout the entire night, with the server coming by to check on us, and apologize for the long wait for the lamb to arrive. Overall, this restaurant had tasty food and a chic ambiance however, the prices were a little high, and some of the presentation items (lack of sauce, slow service) were a bit of a let down.
