We had come here on a Sunday for lunch at around 12:30 pm. The workers behind the counter were offering free chicken samples, which is what drew us in. I settled on the lemon chicken with quinoa, cucumber, tomatoes, corn, and spicy mayo sauce. The portion size itself was a bit small, and without the spicy mayo, the chicken was dry. However, it was a good dish, and I loved how healthy it was. Also, the workers were very warm and friendly, making me enjoy the food even more. I'm not even done my bowl yet and I'm writing this review because I want them to do well! It's really good. Their chicken is tender and juicy. They grill it in front of you. I got the rouge bowl with two flavours (bbq and shisha garlic). Base: half lettuce, half brown rice Sauce: spicy mayo & cilantro lime. Splurged a bit and added guacamole. Toppings: tzatziki type sauce, cheese, cucumber, fried onion, raw onion, peppers, corn. It's a simple menu but they nail it. Best thing in Erin mill's food court and I wish they had more locations in Toronto! So far they seem to be only in malls. Even if you're not as hungry, it's better to get the large than small. You just get a much bigger portion! read more
