A. You can find better deals elsewhere. B. You may have to…read morewait over a month for your furniture or appliances depending on what's available in the store. C. NEVER order furniture here. You need to make sure you can inspect anything that you purchase--and if you have issues, don't count on getting them resolved. Example: If you order top of the line and pay top prices, you expect excellent quality, a matching set, furniture that holds up and doesn't have defects. When it takes a month to get this furniture and it is rushed and you get different stories about how the different pieces were taken from two different places (one manufactured for order and another collected from a showroom) due to excessive time taken to fulfill, and then told they were both manufactured in the same place at the same time but different rolls of fabric were used explaining the slight variation in color....you have nothing showing manufacture date and cannot speak or resolve with manufacturer, and you have very limited means of correcting this expensive and regretful purchase--along with a household full of appliances that could have been purchased somewhere else. There is no way to get that manufacturer to take care of this. Now, you are left with two overpriced name brand pieces of furniture that are not great quality and the reclining loveseat has gaps you can see through to the other side, a dirty looking couch that is uncomfortable and noisy with protruding boards in the arms, and no way of getting the matching and long lasting furniture you had hoped to purchase. This is what you will be stuck with--expensive mistakes. Please look elsewhere.

When he left he had left packaging material under the washer and when i removed it the washer was rocking so i called right away and had him come back fortunately he had not gotten far and came and resolved the problem i read all the materials instructions right away so i could understand the new fangled washer with sensors and what not and after 3 weeks of working good it stopped and course is was on the weekend i unplugged it for 24 hours and plugged in back in same issue so i called on Monday warrentee department per my paperwork and i have registered my washer right away so i was in the system they kept me on the phone while they called baetz to set me up with a service and told me that they would call so after a few hours i called warrentee dept back and baetz and rejected me....I called them and they said they had initially rejected me because i was too far away. No even checking to see that I had purchased it with them less than a month ago and after they it they not so infinite wisdom had realized that i have purchased it there they said they would send a service tech to check and fix i am not feeling that confident about it after the incompetence of the installer they had sent out not sure what to do but as it typical form i am still waiting about my 3 week old broken washer not to impressed

Our experience with Harvest Pools has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating. We contracted…read morethem to maintain our pool while we were away for 26 days, expecting reliable and timely upkeep. We came back to a pool that was under-serviced and severely off-balance, so much so that in 6 days we haven't been able to reinstate it to the clear and perfectly balanced condition that we left it in. Instead of adhering to the agreed schedule, Harvest Pools arrived a full week after our departure, and subsequently, another 10 days later. By the time we returned home on the 26th day, it had been 9 days since they last "serviced" our pool, and it was evident that they had done more harm than good in our absence. Even more disappointing is the company's complete lack of responsiveness to our concerns. Despite numerous attempts to contact them to rectify the situation, they have effectively ignored us--a clear indication of their disregard for customer satisfaction. In short, avoid this company and perhaps pay your child neighbor $10 to dump a gallon or two of chlorine in your pool every few days. I'm pretty sure your pool will be better off, and your entire family won't be severely disappointed with your pool upon your return like mine has been.

It's a great exit for lots of reasons and now you know some of the reason we like this exit!
