Our restoration project began with AquaPros in February. After months of delays, repeated excuses and unmet commitments, we were finally able to part ways once our pool liner was ordered and ultimately installed this month. Throughout our experience, we were repeatedly given inaccurate timelines, misled regarding the status of our project, charged for additional services that failed to deliver the expected results, and, most concerning, were met with an unprofessional and confrontational response from the owner when we attempted to address our legitimate concerns. The most important issue we feel prospective customers should understand is AquaPros' definition of "FULL SERVICE." According to the company, this terminology refers only to labor performed. However, after paying our invoice in full, our pool was far from fully operational. It was not clean, chemically balanced or functioning as a completed project would reasonably be expected to be; we literally were left with an expensive, concrete POND. Thus forced to hire a true professional to finish the work, restore the water to a crystal-clear and balanced condition, and ensure the pool was operating properly. During that inspection, the independent professional also discovered that our pool skimmer was cracked or, at minimum, that the damage had gone unnoticed or unaddressed during the liner installation process. This resulted in yet another unexpeced repair following what should have been a completed restoration. Prospective customers deserve complete transparency regarding what is and is not included in the services they are purchasing, so they can make informed decisions.

The entire job took about 4-5 days...which was seriously amazing considering the scale of the project. Henry, the owner, was quick to answer emails or other questions we had. Periodically we would watch the crew (basically because we were amazed at their skill). They were pleasant and professional. At the end of each day, they cleaned up their personal belongings and at the end of the project, cleanup was perfect. They did not interfere with our daily routines in any way. The cost of the project was very reasonable. We will hire them in the future to repair other sections of our stone wall. This project came after we had a bad experience with another contractor, so we were cautious. Much to our delight, this was a completely different experience.
