They make promise after promise with regard to maintaining their properties with absolutely no follow-through. They charge an outlandish HOA fee providing the legal minimum in return, and will charge huge assessment fees whenever they need to collect more money--I can only assume--because they failed to manage their business expenses appropriately in the recent past.
