Huge food court on the lowest level and a private entrance into the Ritz Carlton which is attached to the building. Super convenient if you are staying at the hotel, as I did, and I was here every day to people watch, get snacks, or just to walk the levels and get some exercise.

The plaza has artificial lawns and nice wide loungers all over. The drawback is that there wasn't any public restroom (at least I didn't find any). That's unacceptable for such a public plaza that hosts festivals often. Sure there are toilets inside restaurants, cafes, and businesses around the plaza but one shouldn't be forced to go into one of them and beg.
