They processed in 3 days and I still have yet to receive my Christmas wrapping paper! I understand with Covid that there are a lot of shipping delays but it's the company's job to make it right for their customers and provide a refund for never even receiving! I submitted a rush request on a Monday which included asking Cambridge Offset to design postcards, print them, address and stamp them, and mail them by that Friday. They not only pulled through and made a lovely postcard, but they put up with me changing my mind on the wording and the design numerous times without getting annoyed even though is was such short notice. I had cards printed here and it was a terrible experience. I paid $15 for a hard proof to ensure colors were good, but then most of my cards ended up dotted with marks and small splotches.The woman said it is "industry standard" and said I was being nit-picky and said a couple other rude things. I've had many cards printed elsewhere without this issue, so I'm not sure what she was talking about. Maybe instead of feeling so self-righteous about their product they should listen to people giving them money for their product. Perhaps they should use a different paper stock and save all this hassle! I had to negotiate a discount and wasted a lot of my time and energy with these people. They have no sense of quality and and have awful customer service and relations. I will certainly be taking my future business of printing thousands of cards elsewhere. read more

I usually don't like to leave negative reviews, and in the past I would have given this place 4 stars. They are very reasonably priced and in the past did a great job with my business cards and allowed me to approve the color on the press. However, this time I was told that it's not economical for them to allow me to approve the color. As a result I received cards that were not centered, some pixelation in the icons, and color that was really off. Also, there was streaking on a good number of cards (I think they were not totally dry before stacking) and the color was not totally consistent from card to card. I talked to the owner about this, but was given a lot of excuses and was not given any compensation. Given how much my business cards reflect the image of my business, I simply would not (and could not) use them again. I wish I could vouch for this printer, but unfortunately I can't. If quality, color accuracy, and professionalism matter to you, I would recommend looking elsewhere. read more
