I called the shop again on November 30 and spoke to a women who stated she would relay my message to the owner and leave a written note. She also assured me he would place the order in time for my departure. At the time of writing this review, I am scheduled to leave at the end of this week with NO response and NO sentimental birthday gift for my boyfriend. Thank you for leaving me high and dry Don! Express Embroidery website markets themselves as "fast" and affordable. Given my experience, that is my definition of false advertising.

I can't say I can crochet a straight evenly sized chain yet, but I learned the chain stitch & single crochet. As a leftie, it often takes me longer to learn a craft because watching the instructor can be confusing - but Venus did a private demo for me (and for the one more advanced student she snuck in a lesson on crocheting in the round)! Great class, all around. Now I just have to learn to better control the tension in my yarn-releasing hand. I want to be ready for the new Crochet 102 class debuting in March.

Three months later he calls me and said the patches were done. I did not get a mock up and he claims he lost my number and decided to do them all without my approval. Do not go here. He does poor work and does not listen to his customers. He made me pay in cash and when I told him they weren't acceptable, he would not give me my money back.
