The technician was very knowledgeable and experienced and explained things to me well. He was also very thorough and he cleaned something rather than charging me for a new part.

Asked to get a quote on an new Air conditioner and Curt Sales came out and also verified he would not charge me for the second call. Gave me a quote on an Armstrong not a name unit and never gave me a quote for a Lennox as requested. Received a bill 2 weeks later for the second service call and called and Curt Sales stated would take care of it. In October received another invoice with a past due notice and I contacted Steven Jacobs and he stated he would take care of it and talk to Curt. Left stern message (without using profanity) stating if I had my credit damaged I would take him to court. He called up and it was obvious was not going to help. Untrustworthy and not worth allowing in my residence again.

The air filter was left sticking out and covers were left open. The emergency number is a joke called 3 times left a voicemail with no answer or call back until almost 8am the next day. They tried telling me it was 475 to see if what I thought was clogging it actually did. And then if they couldn't find it it was gonna be even more . Outrageous prices for the minimum of services. Would never recommend them just based off of prices and how they handle their home visits
