I will attach pictures just to show proof of how disgusting and dirty their quality is. Rented from them for my bridal shower, bring it in with it filled with dirt and holes all over. Dance floor was cracked and chipped everywhere. They delivered it on Monday call them back and tell them all of this. The lady's response is "well this is a rental company so there is going to be ware and tear", spent almost $3,000 and that is the response I get no apology or anything. She then tells me that she is going to have her manager call me, this was at 2pm I call no response back. I email them and she claims she called but they do seem to tend to lie so I didn't get any call. finally tuesday morning i call again and she says she's going to take care of it and to give her till 10am to get a response. 12pm comes around still no response, she finally calls me at 6pm and says that they are going to deliver ALL new WINDOW walls. So today comes around and the crew comes to our house and says where Are the walls. LOLLLL. I call Leslie, the manager and say your crew is at your our house asking for walls, she says a new crew is coming and everything is going to be okay. then 15 minutes pass and the crew that Just asked us where the walls are and claiming they don't have any walls says they have 4 walls only. I call Leslie again and she says "yes that is correct". Mind you she didn't even bother to mention that to me Once. Ask them to completely remove the tent so I can go with someone else & her response is "I don't have anyone to take it down and we closing until the 27th." My bridal shower is this weekend, the 20th. and the whole time they care more about proving you wrong instead of showing any type of empathy. I am religious as well and understand the closing of religious holidays but if you are so religious you should also want to make sure you are a good person. If they do choose to respond to this it will be on why WE are wrong and they will not take accountability for ANYTHING. I don't know how they sleep at night. Again don't let them fool you with whoever they paid to get these reviews.

Our rentals were assembled on July 3rd for a July 4th event. We are located directly on the beach in NJ. On the evening of July 3rd around 9pm a serious thunderstorm swept across our region and unfortunately damaged some of the equipment. I reported the news of the incident via email and hoped someone would see it before or event the next day at noon. Within an hour I had a response and guarantee that the equipment would be replaced before our event. By 830am on the Fourth of July holiday, our the equipment had been replaced and reassembled. I assume we were a small order for this company and the 4th of July is probably a busy day in the party rental world. Mike and his team treated our situation as if it was a priority and exceeded all expectations. My guess is they treat all of their customers similarly. Great people, professional from start to finish. Will definitely be using Party Perfect for future events

From start to finish the owner was helpful and professional. He would give his opinion based on his experience, but never tried to upsell me or push something I didn't need. This made it easy for me to trust and incorporate his suggestions, which were quite helpful. He was patient with my plethora of questions, easily accessible and honest. I would use this business again in a heartbeat. Despite reports of short staffing, i never felt it and I got personalized service I wasnt expecting for such a small affair. The service really was beyond my expectations and made my event both less stressful and successful. Thank-you to Paul and his staff!

I had to cancel the venue due to my health. EVERY OTHER deposit I put down, I recieved back. Especially after I gave them all at least 6 1/2 months notice. As a single mother, not getting a paycheck I can really use that money. PARTY ZONE is the only one refusing to give me my deposit back. I completly understand that you dont have to, but, have some compassion. Do the right thing!

They gave tons of things to do...tours (ski, hiking, sightseeing, skydiving,etc), tickets to many events (sporting, Broadway, Disney, etc) and many other events. They also have tons of equipment to rent, anything from camping, hunting and sports equipment. Can rent a picnic pavilion which has plenty of space and tables. They issue fishing and deer hunting license too Lastly, during the summer (Memorial Day ~ Labor Day) they have batting cages, go-karts, and mini-golf.
