She went three times to the facility, packaged and boxed my brother's belongings, hired movers and a truck, researched and found a storage unit and carried out the job with a great attention to detail. I will attach pictures just to show proof of how disgusting and dirty their quality is. Rented from them for my bridal shower, bring it in with it filled with dirt and holes all over. Dance floor was cracked and chipped everywhere. They delivered it on Monday call them back and tell them all of this. The lady's response is "well this is a rental company so there is going to be ware and tear", spent almost $3,000 and that is the response I get no apology or anything. She then tells me that she is going to have her manager call me, this was at 2pm I call no response back. I email them and she claims she called but they do seem to tend to lie so I didn't get any call. finally tuesday morning i call again and she says she's going to take care of it and to give her till 10am to get a response. 12pm comes around still no response, she finally calls me at 6pm and says that they are going to deliver ALL new WINDOW walls. So today comes around and the crew comes to our house and says where Are the walls. LOLLLL. I call Leslie, the manager and say your crew is at your our house asking for walls, she says a new crew is coming and everything is going to be okay. then 15 minutes pass and the crew that Just asked us where the walls are and claiming they don't have any walls says they have 4 walls only. I call Leslie again and she says "yes that is correct". Mind you she didn't even bother to mention that to me Once. Ask them to completely remove the tent so I can go with someone else & her response is "I don't have anyone to take it down and we closing until the 27th." My bridal shower is this weekend, the 20th. and the whole time they care more about proving you wrong instead of showing any type of empathy. I am religious as well and understand the closing of religious holidays but if you are so religious you should also want to make sure you are a good person. If they do choose to respond to this it will be on why WE are wrong and they will not take accountability for ANYTHING. I don't know how they sleep at night. Again don't let them fool you with whoever they paid to get these reviews.

When we got to the event the DJ told us he did not have the most current song list that we had e-mailed to the company. As a result, they had to use the computer in the office at the club to download the most current song list which a lot of the music my daughter had chosen was not played. The glow necklaces Larry said he would throw in were not give out at the party. When I asked the DJ why no glow necklaces he said he was never given the box. In addition to this my package included a CD with pictures that were taken from the night. I was suppose to get the CD no later than a week after the event. After 2 calls and 3 weeks later I received the CD to find there were about 70 pictures from another party on my CD. I was disappointed in this company. I wouldn't recommend them.

The only response I did get was basically placating me without giving me any solutions. The final straw for me was that they charged me for the services without my approval and without confirming that the job was complete, which, for my opinion, it wasn't because I was dissatisfied with the services and no one had provided me with a resolution

I am the executor of the estate of a senior citizen's single family home. What I needed was a stager to help me maximize the revenue out of the property (this is extremely important to me).  I reside 90 minutes away from the property; so I need someone who can act autonomously without babysitting.  For me just to visit the property requires a 3 hour investment of windshield time.   Additionally, I personally have zero sense of design and fashion, so I have 100% dependence on the stager for aesthetics. I explained to Pamela my strategy, needs & expectations.  I also explained to Pamela that I am not emotionally attached to anything inside the house, and I need her honest opinions & she will not hurt my feelings if she wants something removed.  To me, this is 100% about maximizing revenue. She provided me with a professional report of what she will repurpose for the stage and what I need to remove.  Candidly, most of the deceased's items were removed.  She worked with me concerning the start dates (this was an issue on my side due to religious holidays). Then her team did a deep clean of the house.  Then she did the stage and sent me amazing videos.  She also interfaced well with the realtor. Miller's excellent work was a component of igniting the marketing fire and we received 8 offers during the first 3 days the house was on the market and the highest offer was 9% higher than a comparable (100 yards away) which sold 3 months earlier (no stager & different realtor).  I believe that our stager, Pamela Miller and our fantastic realtor (Gil + Lorraine Marchany) were strong contributing factors to the huge economic bump over the comparable.  The ROI on the investment on Miller's services was beyond my expectations. I encourage a home seller to speak with Pamela Miller & become educated on the economic value she brings to the sale.
