They also created a garland for the staircase that was gorgeous. All the centerpieces, floral arrangements, and corsages were fresh with big blooms. The bridal bouquet was also gorgeous. The flowers were delivered on time in the morning around 10 am yesterday, and they are still looking fresh this morning despite some of them sitting out under direct sun for a few hours yesterday. But they didn't call; they took the flowers back to the shop. So she didn't get the flowers on her birthday. We told them about this when we picked the flowers up today. They didn't apologize, they just said "sometimes our drivers call and sometimes they don't". Mistakes happen, but I don't remember the last time I've seen a store that openly admits they're indifferent to delivering on time. Needles to say, I'll buy flowers somewhere else next time.

I had a number of small issues that probably individually would not have been problematic (scheduling/timing issues, lack of response to email, lack of response to specific requests, lack of apparent plan). As they began to accumulate, I attempted multiple times to reach out to diffuse the situation and work on a resolution. And again no resolution was made despite multiple attempts. The only response I did get was basically placating me without giving me any solutions. The final straw for me was that they charged me for the services without my approval and without confirming that the job was complete, which, for my opinion, it wasn't because I was dissatisfied with the services and no one had provided me with a resolution
