I'm not a religious person, but my dutch religious ancestry drew me in for a look. What I learned was about settlers' grit and determination, silly early rivalries amidst the struggle for our nation's survival, eye-popping beauty, and all unfolding into today's dedication to service, tolerance, and community. If my community had a church like this, maybe I would still be going.
