I started using hair removal creams then the creams didn't work. I tried waxing but I would break out terribly. At age 12 I had multiple sessions of laser hair removal and this totally made the situation worse because they shave the area to be treated before the laser hair removal treatments. Since I had this done on my face I then had to start shaving my face daily. As I continued to shave my face daily the hair continued to grow in darker and thicker. I had such bad hair growth that I would have a five o'clock shadow on my face by mid-day. I thought this would be the story of my life. Wake up every morning and shave my face, which made me feel very unfeminine. I had truly given up on all methods of hair removal. I would prey every night that God would take the hair off of my face. The receptionist at the counter said that the place doesn't open until 9 and that they were about to have a staff meeting, and there is one ahead of you. Did you hear me? (Being very snooty about it. I asked if they could schedule me for a 9am appointment (since there were already 5 other people in the waiting room a few were waiting for occupational health and there was one in line waiting for a medical appointment. But I'm not allowed to wait in the waiting room area or at the very least have my information taken down for a scheduled appointment after 9am? I'm done with this location! I'm either too early to be helped or most of the time I come in and they say that they're full and to try the Dixon location. Not to mention, Northbay Regional as a whole has crappy service, low on staff, and if you go to the Vacavalley Hospital to stay overnight, they redirect you to the Fairfield NorthBay Hospital because they don't have enough beds available. And the Fairfield NorthBay Hospital sucks! I had pneumonia last year and had to stay at their hospital WITHOUT A TOILET in my room! And kept having to have my waste disposed of like I was in a 3rd world country. F NorthBay! I'm going back to Kaiser! September open enrollment can't come soon enough!

I…read moreget that the body and diseases can be complicated but explanations were long and drawn out and really hard to follow along with. I Was hoping she would be more precise and to the point. Her testing is unreliable and anxiety producing. just to make a thermogram appointment, your credit card information is taken down immediately. Weird but ok. Results took much longer than usual- 3 weeks. They are abnormal. She's claiming it could be this or that or something else. She claimed that I'm estrogen dominant and to throw all my essential oils as they are estrogenic. She kept saying "make sure it's benign" and I asked her "are you saying I have breast cancer?" In which she responded that the thermogram has indicated that I've had some serious physiological changes" So I go to my NMD for a second option and she states that she too, used to use thermograms but threw them out after it produced way too high number of false positives and was having to refer patients in for mammograms- and the mammogram results typically came back as normal anyway. This NMD tested me right there so I can see results for myself. she also tested all my hormone levels and said it's the complete opposite way. That I am absolutely NOT estrogen dominant, that I actually had a bit more progesterone then estrogen and that if I had listened to Christine's advice, it would have messed my hormone levels up. Christine advised me to go in for a 300$ ultra ultrasound and go back to her for testing (to figure out what's causing all this) and to redo the thermogram. Thank goodness I won't be. It's a a huge relief knowing that there's nothing wrong with me, but what a waste of time effort and money. If you get abnormal readings I would suggest getting a second or third opinion with someone who is a licensed physician and knows what they are doing. Do not get suckered into believing there is something wrong with you when that's not the case at all
