We drove there from the city and got there in like 15 minutes. Parking is as bit of a challenge, but luckily someone was pulling out and we got a spot. This place was packed! The kitchen was tiny, four chefs crowded around the stove making pizzas. We had to wait about 15 minutes and walked around. There were a few other restaurants, but they were all fairly empty. Got the pizza and it smelled so good. Couldn't wait to eat it. We ordered the fratelli's - with mushroom, rocket and proscuitto, the Napolenta - which had olives and sardines and the Gamberoni, which had prawns, garlic and lemon. The Fratelli was delicious and they didn't skimp on the proscuitto. The Napolenta was nice but not a fan of sardines. The Gameroni was yummy and the prawns were delicious! Great place for pizza, probably the best I've tried in Sydney so far..

He tells me that it is the closest to his home regards to authencity. I just know that it is easily one of my favourite pizzas places in Australia. The dough has a slight chewy consistency. It is very light and the best thing? It is woodfired! The quality of ingredients is there. The flavours are simple but spot on. Pricewise, it is pricier than most places. They only have one size, which is the large which averages around $25 each. Every Monday, their pizzas are $15 which I think is a bargain for such tasty and quality pizzas. The base is thin and crisp, the ingredients are balanced and they certainly don't skimp on the delicious seafood.
