The prices (at least to a Toronto person) are beyond reasonable. The salon is always crazy insanely busy - so if you want an appointment May to Sept - book at least one week ahead if not more. They called me a day or two later to reschedule me, saying they had the 27th available at 3:00 pm. Um, I work? Whatever, after Covid I really needed a haircut, so I took two hours off of work. When I arrived at the salon, I was told, "oh, Maddie called in sick. We had to cancel you." While there was a missed call on my cell there was NO MESSAGE. I'm not sure if this is because I was (supposed to be) a new client, but I was very, VERY annoyed. "We can reschedule you" yeah, okay. So one reschedule already, with time taken off work?
