A week went by and I didn't hear back from him so I called him. When Tom answered the phone he asked me what color I wanted it painted. I told him I didn't need him to paint it only sandblasted and he then told me it was going to take him another week! I was not happy with him delaying my work for 2 weeks and his answer was "it is what it is and if you don't like it, come and get your stuff " in a very rude way. I didn't want to argue with him so I went to pick up my car seat frame that did not get worked on. I definitely do NOT recommend this place after my awful experience.

Ben said he could design it, even though my front door is in a turret and involves curvature. He designed the railing and the support for the awning to match (incorporating flowers and embellishments to mirror my garden), and added a sheet metal roof (nicely powder coated) with a subtle gutter to replace the one that had to be removed to attach the awning. His workers were great and the front door area of my 1929 Tudor has been greatly improved due to this project. It was a bit of a leap of faith to take and I'm glad I did it.
