STAR -- STAY AWAY I…read moredon't even know where to start with this place. My sister, who is in her 60s and on Medicaid, scheduled a periodontal surgery here over a month in advance to treat a hereditary gum disease. She paid $1,800 upfront, drove 30 minutes to get there, and showed up an HOUR EARLY on the day of her surgery -- April 22, 2026. They called her to the back and told her that Dr. Jafarian couldn't perform her surgery because he was "having a bad day." That's it. That's the reason. A bad day. No phone call ahead of time. No warning. No medical reason. Just -- sorry, he's having a bad day, go home. Do you know how hard it is to find a periodontist in this area that accepts Medicaid? She waited over a month for this appointment. She is dealing with a serious, hereditary condition that gets worse over time. And this man sent her home because of his mood. If this procedure was beyond your skill level or you weren't comfortable performing it, SAY THAT -- don't waste a vulnerable patient's time, money, and health. I will be filing a formal complaint with the dental association and the state dental board. I'm posting this review so no one else -- especially Medicaid patients with limited options -- goes through what my sister experienced. This is not the place. Find someone else, you have been WARNED!

I've been going to the dentist all my life. I pay my copay (if any) up front, go in the back, a…read morehygienist cleans my teeth and then the dentist comes in, looks in my mouth, nods, smiles and says, "see you in 6 months". Here, you pay a fee for the opportunity to speak to someone claiming to be a dentist, but can't afford their own practice. The "dentist" dictates information about your teeth to some salesperson in scrubs. The salesperson then shows you a tablet with the actual cost of your visit. I have PPO and you're telling me it will cost $450 AFTER insurance just to clean my teeth? I tore off my bib and walked out. I wanted to get a quick cleaning and all the real dentists were booked months in advance. Turns out there's a reason why. If you enjoy the feeling of haggling with used car dealers, Sage Dental is perfect for you.

She told me she would call me back... She didn't. Hours later, still in a lot of pain, I called them back, explained the situation to another receptionist and was told "she's still calling people back". No-one called me back... at all. Both receptionists sounded inept and "couldn't care less". ' Won't be back!

No complaints on hygienists or any of the ladies up front. Dr. Eades was awful! He told me I needed work done and when I asked follow-up questions he walked out while I was talking. I asked the hygienist to please have him come back in to which I was told he doesn't like to have to come back in. He was even ruder the second time. I wanted to know which two teeth needed the fillings as he was giving letters and numbers. When I asked what those meant he told me "they're letters!" He continued to talk down to me (the nerve makes the tooth hurt, so you even know how a tooth works!) and left again when he was done talking. The sweet hygienist explained everything to me and answered any questions she could. Will never see him again!
