They did return them for correction however, they heightened the teeth into the gums so the result were the same. They marked on my face witj permanent marker then laughed about it. I have all evidence supporting everything I am saying, even a tape of a rude conversation with the incompetent dental assistant. My family and I waited so long for our appointments with Downtown Dental that it was an enormous relief that we were happy with every aspect after our first visit. The office staff was friendly and informative, and I so appreciated Patsy's patience and kindness when it was difficult getting a prescription for the pre-meds my teenager requires before dental procedures. The three of us each saw a different hygienist, and they were all excellent and made me quickly realize that Downtown Dental was going to be our new home. We loved Dr. Odum, who looks about 20 but was so warm, approachable, and knowledgeable. A doctor who is able to immediately connect with parents but also draw out a shy teenager is a rare find. Many doctors twice his age haven't mastered that balance of professionalism and personality. The office is easy to find with plenty of parking, and the facility is new and clean and inviting. Upon my first visit with Dr. Michael J. Solly on August 5th, 2024, I was so very impressed with his…read moredental hygenist, Angie with my teeth cleaning and attention to details. She was very informative and patient with me. I have sensitive teeth, especially cold sensations on the left side from a crown that I had put on me about a year ago in Farragut. Dr. Solly came in to inspect my teeth and cleaning afterwards, and was especially helpful, when he asked me questions about my sensitivity. He found out that I have not been able to chew on my left side of mouth due to a bad installation of a crown from a different office in Farragut, to which they tried to adjust it 3 different times, charging me for the adjustments along the way. Dr. Solly adjusted it, I went to a restaurant about 1 hour later, and VOILA! I could finally eat on the left side without any problem! I finally found the ONE DENTIST who is a GOD SEND! Also, Dr. Solly and his staff are very helpful regarding my boyfriends issues finding a dentist who is in his insurance network that has integrity. To date, he is still struggling finding a dentist who has integrity and my boyfriend is leaning towards asking to join Dr. Solly's office as a patient, because we both know that he is a SAINT!
