The majority of those losses came from an investment in oil / gas delivery and distribution fund (MLPOX) that lost 70% of its value over the period of time Greg managed our portfolio. Even though we continued to express concern about the losses in that fund over the years, Greg reassured us that it was a good investment and advised us to continue to hold it. Not trusting Greg's judgment, we finally closed our account with Greg and went elsewhere.

Once inside they have a greeter who forces a conversation on you. If you need a teller, hope your phone is charged cuz you'll be standing in line scrolling becuase they are sooooooo slooow. If you want to withdraw money they hand you a pen and a deposit slip and you have to fill it all out. At other banks you scan your card, get your money, and you're out. Two of the tellers don't like each other and openly bicker and argue with each other in front of everyone. If you need a banker they are always "busy" and the lady at the front tells you it's best to schedule an appointment. This bank is so close to me I really wish it was at least bearable I might have kept my account open.
