It was a head on collision and the other driver was clearly intoxicated. We should of won that case and have all hospital expenses paid as well as some money to cover time loss and trama. Long story short, he only got $9000 as the settlement and Jesse Kent made him pay for physical therapy out of pocket.. When we asked him what about the money from our case he said use our $9k??!? When he got $14k+ from the case and he had to pay so many extra hospital bills and car related issues. Shame on this group. We still hold a lot of resentment to these people. Any lawyers reading this want to help us sue him?? Lol bottom line : RUNNNN AWAY from this place. Do not get robbed after you've been hurt from an accident or been in pain. Before sharing sensitive details, I directly asked the staff whether they had spoken with my wife or were representing her. I was told no. I relied on that answer and proceeded to disclose private and sensitive information about my divorce and circumstances. I later developed reason to believe there may have been prior contact or a potential conflict involving my wife. Had I been told that before discussing my case, I would never have disclosed anything. For a family-law firm dealing with highly confidential and adversarial matters, prospective clients need to be able to trust that conflicts are properly checked before they are encouraged to discuss sensitive information. I have retained documentation of my communications with the office and have submitted the matter to the appropriate professional authorities for review. Based strictly on my personal experience, I would not recommend this office.
