Had it for another week or so and the transmission decided to go out. No big deal. Gave it back to service center for them to fix because it's part of the 1 year warranty. After about a month with no update about how long it's going to take I decided to get involved in trying to see how long it's going to take. They said they had ordered the wrong parts and that they had no idea when the new parts would be ordered/arrived. Chased them around for another few weeks trying to get answers then they finally said they ordered the transmission but had no idea when it would arrive. Another couple weeks goes by they finally get the part then tell me they don't know when it will get fixed because they weren't going to fix it in there shop due to being busy. Mind you I've been waiting 2 months at this point. Another week or so goes by and they just keep stringing me along not knowing how long it's going to take yada yada yada. They finally tell me it's at a different shop and the maintenance has started. More issues with the vehicle and doing quality insurance drives. Finally after 2.5 months. I get the call that it's done. I go in to pick it up. A nice lady is helping me and then Edward Armstrong walks in. He's being very aggressive with me for no reason telling me that if anything else happens with the vehicle to take it elsewhere. That's not the deal. I have a 1 year warranty with them to fix it is what I said. He decides he wants to square up acting like he wants to get physical and aggressive trying to tell me how to be a mechanic. That's not my job. The individual finally walks away. The nice lady at the counter had no words. By far the worst customers service I've ever had. The worst I've ever been treated at a place of business. I go back in to give them the courtesy vehicle keys and ask for this individuals name. He comes flying in acting aggressive again like what did he do wrong. I tell him. Tell him it's the worst customer service I've ever had. He continues to be disrespectful and smug about it and walks away. Absolutely flabbergasted that this took place.I would not recommend using this company for a used car. The salesman Matt was a nice guy. He treated me well. This wasn't his fault. The manager John got involved after a while saying he was going to help me get to the bottom of it but really didn't do much. He meant well and maybe my expectations were too high but in my mind a customer trying to see how long this is going to take isn't a unreasonable request. After submitting the title, it took over six weeks to receive payment, with minimal communication throughout. I was repeatedly told the wire transfer had been sent, yet no proof or documentation was ever provided until the funds finally arrived. This directly contradicts their "Sell Fast. Get Paid Faster" claim and reflects the same payment delays, lack of transparency, and unfair treatment described by many other dissatisfied customers. What made this experience especially troubling was an inappropriate and offensive comment suggesting the delay was "likely due to my name being of Hispanic descent" and bank screening taking longer. That explanation is unacceptable and makes no sense. An apology in response to this review is unnecessary and would do nothing to change what happened. There were multiple opportunities to fix the payment delays in real time, and those opportunities were missed. Actions--not scripted apologies--are what matter, and in my case, they were absent.

Holes in the roof of his car, as Jagger pointed out, needed welding. Welding quickly turned into a shattered windshield. From there, the professionalism started to spiral. For whatever reason, Jagger had completely ruined the back windshield. And despite his efforts to tape a piece of cardboard in place, it was a far from fair alternative to providing a rental. Sure, the repair was covered by his insurance (despite his efforts to wiggle out of them) but what was not covered, was any solution for my friend to drive his car away without a gaudy, unsafe and unsecured piece of paper for a windshield. To make matters worse, the welding job had left horrible burn marks on the interior of the car. The top was covered with a bubbled, off-center piece of black film. His so-called work visibly lowered the value of the car. His unwillingness to provide customer service and a proper solution was appalling, and his proposed fix of a cheap tape-job was detrimental to keeping at least two customers. By far his attitude of the whole situation was the tipping point, and what will lead me to bring my business elsewhere.

When I had an issue with a tire, they met me on base, dropped off a loaner vehicle and towed the one I rented back to their lot. Then in a few days called me, I picked it back up and went back to my life. When I turned the vehicle in they were very reasonable and even worked with me for the turn in. I rented a nice SUV with plenty of storage space for all the luggage my family had. I rented the 9 passenger van, after turning in the SUV, so I could take 7 family members to Munich and we had a blast. It had a huge trunk for my crazy overpacking family and they all had plenty of space to stand and stretch when needed. Just when I thought I was done with renting vehicles, we planned a very last minute trip to go to Amsterdam. I called them, desperate for a vehicle, and they had one ready and waiting. I was so grateful to all the ladies that are working there. There was a moment where I was skeptical, when I was turning in the SUV the first time, they saw a big scratch on the very low end of the bumper that I didn't even see when I first rented it. She asked if I hit anything and I knew I did not so I let them know it wasn't me. She said she will check the last rented documents and see if the scratch is indicated and it was thank god. I didn't want to pay for something I didn't do but she was very diligent and took the extra necessary steps to verify if I did the damage or not. I will not rent from anyone else while I live here in Germany. And all three rentals I did, they were able to put them all on one VAT form so it saved me a bunch of money and hassle as well.
