My experience here was a complete joke from start to finish. If you want to know why, continue reading. I get to my Dental Cleaning appointment at 5:20, ten minutes early. Nobody is there except for some confused looking patients sitting there waiting. Not a good sign. I stroll around, ring the buzzer a few times. Nothing. I actually had to go to the bank to ask for my pre appointment check in paperwork. No worries, right? Ok so I check in on the iPad, that would have been cool, but the iPad didn't work that well and was lagging. At this point I should not be surprised. So I finish my check in process and go sit down. It's 5:30, 10 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start, I ask the couple when their appointment is. 5 pm they tell me. Great it's 5:35 now, and the 5 pm appointment just finally went back. I tell the assistant I can come back another time. But he tells me not to worry, I'll get into a room in 10 minutes. I said I didn't want to go into a room in 10 minutes and sit and wait for another 20, and it's no problem I can come back. Because the assistant was nice, I decided to power thru. Another mistake. Hindsight is really 20/20. I finally go back to the room at 5:55, still in a pretty good mood (even tho I'm sacrificing valuable work time to squeeze in this dental cleaning.) I know everybody is busy, but you know the time you have been so busy with need, that such urgent things like the dentist gets scheduled down the priority list? Yea, that's how busy. So to go here and completely waste my time, which I needed to make money, and for it to COST me extra money is just insult to injury. To really twist the knife in, they take x rays and all that, but I sit and wait in the room for another 20 minutes, just like nobody wants to do. So it's 6:30 or so now, and no dentist. The dentist finally comes in and asks me why I came in today. I reiterate it's for teeth cleaning. The dentist tells me she can't actually clean my teeth, because the only thing she will do is a deep cleaning of my 4 bottom teeth. 100% up sell situation. I ask her why she can't do the cleaning for the rest of the teeth, because I'm trying to avoid dental problems. That is literally why I am there. Yet she refuses to do a regular clean and polish because they refused to treat me unless I buy the upsell purchase plan deep cleaning. Which sounds great and all, but I flat out cannot afford it. So there you go. Thanks to this practice, I wasted my time, money, and lost valuable production time to make much needed money to afford things like the dentist on a regular basis to prevent the exact same types of problems the dentist refused to treat me for. read more

This place doesn't deserve even a star. I had an emergency on Saturday 4/29. Paid for extraction on my credit card. They did xrays. Dr came in numbed me up. Came in beat on my tooth to try to pull it. Didn't even ask if I was numb. I mentioned I felt pain. He got very rude stopped. I was bleeding excessively. Put gauze in my mouth told me it's too infected to pull that I need to see oral surgeon. Total bulls***. Unprofessional. And refused to refund me my $. Tooth was not pulled!!!. I ended up in severe pain in ER. With infection. Now on antibiotics!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. read more

I had a great first experience here! Sergio, the assistant, walked me through every step of the X-rays & explained what he was doing and why. Doctor actually did my cleaning (rare to see that now a days versus a hygienist doing it). He was a sweet older man that kept complimenting my oral hygiene. They were both so kind & put me at ease. So happy to have found a new dentist so close to home, I actually can't wait to see them again for my filling. read more

Finding a dentist has Been hard for me I have been to 3 and finally I have found my new Dentist office . Power Dental rocks my wife went there first and told me about how great they were and that I should go as well . I finally decided to go from the time I walked in I felt welcomed Mellisa at the front desk was helpful I had all my paperwork filled out that I had printed and she inputed it all into the computer no questions asked . When I was taken into the dentist room dental assistant Ada was so professional and knowledgeable and super nice . The experience from the time I walked Into the office till the time I walked out was amazing . Dr Morris was not pushy about me coming back in and it felt good to know he was not just about the money he actually cared about his patient so thank you all I will definitely be using them as my new dentist and you all should too !! read more

I highly recommend this dental office. In particular for the reluctant or elderly. Dr. Curtis is very professional and knowledgeable, while still being gentle and showing a great deal of care and concern for his patient's well-being. My wife had a partial denture made when we picked it up it didn't fit her so she went back to the doctor. After several returns still didn't fit, can't even wear them. After asking the Doctor to refund or remake the partial was told we would have to follow up with Dr Morris. After several weeks of Dr Morris not returning our calls we reported him to our Dental Insurance. Still over a year we our stuck with a denture that we can't use and Dr Morris could care less. I brought my kids here, after looking for a new dentist. We have tried to bring in our youngest for an appointment other places with no luck because she gets very nervous. Dr. Lewis let me bring my youngest back in with my oldest so she could watch everything. Dr. Lewis took the time to talk to my little one and explain EVERYTHING that was going on. She was amazing! Dr Leedy is the best. I needed a crown recemented. She attended to.me quickly and I barely felt anything. She had to.give me a shot because I wanted a filling g done right next to the tooth that I lost a crown on. I never felt the shot. Dr Leedy told me the tooth almost needed a root canal but she put some special medication in the tooth and filled it.. perhaps other dentists may have immediately done a root canal and crown. I moved to the Mesa area recently and needed to find a new dentist. I was referred to Superstitions Springs Dental and was extremely pleased I did. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly and the office itself was comfortable and inviting. My experience from the beginning was perfect. My x-rays and pictures were taken right away by accommodating and pleasant assistants and Dr. Leedy was thorough in going over the images with me. What I liked most about my visit was discussing the health of my mouth and teeth and understanding my dental pictures. The sophistication and knowledge of Dr. Leedy and her staff is exceptional and they gave me one of the best dental visits I've ever had. read more

Chipped teeth and drilled clear through molar... The hygienist took pictures of my teeth and did a cleaning. Then came back and said one of the pictures was not clear and asked if she could take another. I agreed... not thinking she had messed up my teeth by cleaning them. She had cleaned the ridge that is at the bottom of my top two front teeth. I've been told by previous hygienists you don't clean there as it can chip your teeth. I didn't know she had done so, but when I got home I saw she chipped pieces of my enamel off of the bottom of my two front teeth making them jagged. During the same visit, I had a filling done by the dentist, the only female dentist. She drilled completely through the side enamel of a back molar causing a perforation (these are a nightmare). She did a filling, but of course it ended up with an infection and then I had to go to an endodontist and have a root canal done and have a crown put on my tooth. The crown was done by a different dentist. It went from a $280 cost to costing over $2,400. I went here only because my usual dentist was booked up and I was in town only for short period of time. Lesson learned. All dentists are not equal. I will not ever go back here again. read more

I called for an appt and advised reason was for TMJ issue. Receptionist made the appointment. I went for appointment and was immediately charged $65 for the appointment (before services.) When I went to exam room, assistant asked for information on why I was there. I explained TMJ issue was causing me pain in my jaw. He replied he would go tell the dentist and he would be in shortly. Dentist arrived and promptly told me they do not treat TMJ! I asked for my money back and was told he had to do an exam. He put 1 finger lightly on my cheek and asked how it felt. I said it was sore. He changed to 2 fingers and asked again. I gave same answer. That was the extent of the exam!!!!! Really! Then he gave me a referral to an Oral doctor who treated TMJ. When I got to my car, I called the referral who promptly told me that THEY do not treat TMJ either! OMG!!! The first time I visited Superstition Springs Dental for a cleaning I was very impressed with the service and that is why I returned for this issue. Never again. read more

She was very informative and realistic about the issues I was having and asked me of previous dental visits that didn't go well. My comfort was a high priority for her and I loved that.
