Called again to inform no longer needed their services. May 20...lawn service by Tru Green $92.73. Now owe Tru Green $421.95. Before this year I had good service from Tru Green. Too bad communication with the company is poor!

They were supposed to provide weed control, fertilizer treatments. For 12 years, I have done this on my own and this time due to a very busy schedule, I thought I'd ask the 'experts'. And 2-3 weeks later and I see that their weed control treatment has had little to no impact. I asked for a refund and I am still waiting. They refuse to address the situation. My yard has been run amok with weeds, the first time in 12 years. I just can not recommend them at all for their service delivery and for their customer service.

Then was very patient with me when I took awhile to get him my ID and credit card info. It was a super cold day and his truck was warming up to head for home, but he didn't make me feel rushed or embarrassed. He stayed friendly and professional and even carried the heater out to the car for me.
