It is definetely a "get it done" vibe - you probably won't be chatting with everyone else working out. They have TV's around the screen that displayed other people's heart rate/calories burned. I'm not sure how you get your info on there but it was a cool touch. The gym is bigger than you'd think. They have a whole section with cardio, a section with weights/machines, a cafe, a larger misc. area that had random machines and cycling bikes, a clear room with large mirrors (great for yoga) and a separate room that had CrossFit equipment. It fits the needs of everyone!

The changing family rooms are really nice- there is a shower, changing area, and bathroom all in one! I know I am being picky but how are they missing a basic pool! While it specializes in personal and team training, it also offers memberships for those that're just trying to find a place to workout. Along with a handful of non-franchise gyms, Advantage offers its facilities for a reasonable price. They don't have a large variety of exercise machines, but they do have the essentials, drawing in powerlifters, Crossfitters, and calisthenic-focused athletes. If you're the type that needs the fancy cable or isolateral machines, mirrors on every wall, or 15 different types of cardio machines, this place definitely isn't for you.
