As part of the daily perimeter checks, we specifically requested that newspapers be picked up and placed at the front door. Glenn sold us the system, and we later dealt directly with Rob regarding ongoing concerns. The last time we raised this issue, Rob gave us his word that it would be resolved. It has not been resolved. We visited the property today and found clear evidence that the agreed-upon services are not being performed. The pictures speak for themselves. This is apparently how this company treats clients when they believe there is little to no oversight. This is a complete breach of trust. We are being billed for services that are simply not being provided. There is no excuse for charging customers while failing to fulfill basic contractual obligations. There were two small dogs running up and down a local street that could've been hit by a car and possibly caused an accident, so I pulled over at a stop sign and put on my hazards to help the save the dogs with the help of another local man. In the process he is blocking the traffic with his car more than we were to begin with as he is pulled out into the opposite lane half way into the intersection. Instead of helping us out this officer waited and began lecturing this guy and myself who were just trying to help out and stop a possible accident. I understand we could've done a better job parking but in the moment we just wanted to help these animals which could've been hit by a car or caused a greater accident with traffic trying to avoid them.
