I was pretty disappointed with my entire experience here…read more Strike 1: I had scheduled my rapid covid testing online and saw this site offered it. I wanted rapid because I needed the results asap. When I got to the site, the receptionist said they only have PCR (two day to get the results). OKAY that is really not cool. But since I was here, I decided to proceed with the test. I figured better get it done here because other sites probably might be so busy and not have walk-in appointments available. Strike 2: My appointment was 9:10am and they open at 9am. I got there the ten minutes early (as instructed). I had already filled out all the paperwork digitally too. The receptionist told me to sit and I wasn't called until almost 9.30am. They were not calling anyone else in the back... just starting the day off slow. A gentleman that arrived same time as me got impatient and asked when he would be seen, and I don't blame him. I almost decided to leave because I was still pissed from Strike 1. Anyway, I'm going to assume the appointments scheduled later in the day would be running late if the first appointments of the day were already late! Strike 3: It did not take two days. It took 2.5 days. Granted my test was a Friday morning, but still, they should not have told me 2 days.
