We questioned why he wasn't coming back for the second coat. He responded with he used an old quote form, and it should have only read 1 coat. What sealant was applied did not provide enough coverage. He said if we wanted an addition coat, it would be extra which we agreed to pay to ensure proper coverage. The driveway was pressure washed too hard which dislodged some of the aggregate stones throughout. More reason for an additional coat. He insisted to be paid for the job before anything else was done which we did. After he was paid, he has not responded to any phone calls, emails, or texts. It's sad he ghosted us. It all could have been rectified if he would have come back to apply the 2nd coat of which we agreed to pay for. Not. wry professional or business like at all Chris.

NEW HOME THAT LEAKS! I built a custom home with New Dawn. Every year since I took possession in…read morespring, a leak happens from our roof, down into our ceilings, walls and floors (for 4 years straight). I am unable to claim via home builders warranty as New Dawn deemed it ice damming which enables them wiggle out of fixing it. In the end, I have been left with a new custom home - that leaks - that they refuse to fix & I have had to spend thousands of dollars repairing something that should have been done properly from the beginning. I also know several others that built with them that have had to make a claim against the warranty program as New Dawn refuses to fix things. If you want to build with a company that has accountability for their product - I'd recommend going elsewhere.
