Power Paving installed my new driveway a few years ago and it's held up really well and it looks great. I've used them to sealcoat my driveway since installation as well. Most recently, I was told my mom's driveway needed to be replaced because it was filled with deep cracks so I contacted Power Paving. Chad came out and looked at my 92yo mom's driveway and instead of replacing it, he put on 2-3 inches of asphalt making it look brand new. It will now last 20 years and it saved my mom a lot of money. Chad could have made a lot more money in his pocket, but instead layered on new asphalt for a lesser amount. I really appreciate that he was honest and didn't go for the total driveway replacement. I've dealt with both Chad and his son Justin. Both are great with communication and getting back to me right away. Their work is top grade. This business is not interested in performing services like driveway seal coating, driveway repairs, or driveway maintenance. They will only perform those services if their company had initially installed your driveway. If their company did not initially install your drive then they are not interested in the "maintaining" business. They are of course interested in ripping up your drive and pouring you a brand new one (oh really!). Further, strange interaction. I initially called this company; spoke to a representative and explained exactly what I was interested in and he then told me I had to wait for someone by the name of Justin to call me back. Justin did respond back about 30hrs later and advised the before mentioned. I suppose only 1 person knows what is going on. I also suggest they need revise their service listings. Stay away! Power Paving came out and quoted our driveway replacement after seeing them do another driveway in my neighborhood, they explained the options and weren't pushy with the work and gave me a price on the spot. I called a couple days later with more questions about the process and they took the time to explain the process and how long our driveway would be out of use. Power Paving was a great choice! We got quotes from a few other companies and his quote was affordable and they did a fantastic job. They dug up the old asphalt and added a few inches of new asphalt. He came back to check on the driveway and let us know that if we decide to seal coat, it will bring it back to the original jet black looking driveway (what we have fresh now) and it is an oil top coat. We will be seal coating with him as well too! read more

We were extremely pleased with the entire process, from the first meeting and quote to the finished job. We had a bit of a delay before the installation, due to heavy rains. It might have been possible to ignore the rain warnings and rush the install, but that might have jeopardized the long term durability of the driveway. The company owner advised against taking a chance on a rushed installation and we are very glad we waited the extra few days. The crew showed up early and were meticulous in their workmanship. The owner was on site throughout most of the project to ensure the job was done correctly. We hardly rate companies unless they are exceptional. In this case, we were VERY disappointed with our finished driveway. We chose to rebuild with asphalt vs concrete. We'd seen the nicely redone driveways in our subdivision. I was appalled when I returned from work to see uneven edges, areas that were raised and uneven, areas that were extremely coarse and not smoothed out. The owner came back to try and make it look cleaner. Look elsewhere to rebuild your driveway. Once its finished and hardened, you're stuck with it. read more

This company has done many driveways in my neighborhood. Chad was very responsive and easy to work with. They installed a brand new driveway in a day and it looks great. We even had a small cracking issue that was due to a hole in our yard from a basketball hoop and some rain after the install. They responded back quickly to the call and took care of the issue.
