They had quite a few options, colors, and styles to choose from and were very patient with us while we chose. He claimed to have fixed the roof, but the next time it rained, it started to leak again. There was supposedly a 2 year warranty. IT WAS A PAIN AND A BIG HASSLE to get Joel to come out the 2nd time to fix the leak. I would need to constantly call his office only to get brushed away. My roof leaked AGAIN in a different area the next time it rained. I had to call constantly over a week before he even showed up. Right now, the issue is still yet to be resolved. I would NOT recommend Joel Ortegon Roofing. STAY AWAY! The quality of work is very poor, and you will have trouble getting him to come back. Don't say I didn't warn you!
